The system is a fully remote hosted application, running on secure servers within a datacentre in Edinburgh, Scotland. Each company site database is isolated and only open to users issued with a unique company access code, accessible from anywhere in the world over a standard internet connection.
Comprehensive data security, service level agreements and confidentiality are central to the TechnoTrack client agreements.
Additional modules can be added to the basic service package. These modules include electronic tagging and barcode capabilities that can be aligned with the main system providing physical identification of repairs.
